​Over a focused 45-minute core dialogue, the featured speakers will unpack the intersection of legal frameworks, digital rights, gender policy, and strategic foresight. They will examine how rights-by-design principles apply to digital spaces, how deep-tech upskilling and innovation ecosystems build long-term youth capacity, and how governance frameworks and youth-driven leadership models are defining Africa's path forward.
