About the trainer
I’m Ileana Marcut, a Product Strategist and UX Designer with over 15 years of experience in design, product, and digital innovation.
I’m the founder of Creative Glue Lab, a Berlin-based product design and development studio, where I combine UX, strategy, and AI to help teams move from uncertainty to direction.
I’m passionate about AI and how it changes the way we think, design, and make decisions. Not as a shortcut, but as a tool that helps people explore ideas, reduce friction, and move forward with more clarity. I’ve been using AI hands-on in my own work with startups and product teams, and I run these workshops to share what actually works in practice.
My goal is simple: to help people move from “I have an idea” to “I know what to build next,” using Design Thinking and AI.
