​​​We provide a platform where emerging talents can directly learn from the experiences of established women leaders by hearing their stories, and seek guidance and advice by sharing the challenges they face.

​​​About Jessica

​With over 25 years of experience in biotech and pharmaceuticals, Jessica has played a pivotal role in the development and commercialization of more than 15 innovative therapies.

​Since joining Lyndra Therapeutics in 2016, she has been instrumental in raising $380M in funding, managing collaborations with partners like AbbVie and Gilead, and building the company’s infrastructure as it moves toward commercialization.

​Beyond her remarkable professional accomplishments, Jessica is a passionate advocate for company culture, diversity, and inclusion. She has co-led women-focused initiatives at Biogen and Pfizer, where she held leadership positions before joining Lyndra.
