Angad Gadre - Building a first-party data ecosystem that is useful.
In this talk, Angad will share how he's building SJC Media’s first-party data stack. From ingesting event streams and modeling audience entities to activating insights across content and advertising systems. Drawing from experiences at consumer platforms like Reddit and Jet.com, he'll propose a pattern of how lean media & news teams are setting up in this time of disruption from social platforms and retail media

Sohom Mandal - Data to ROI: The Architecture Behind Turning Data into Assets
This talk focuses on CRM Campaigns, exploring how data architectures transform raw information into strategic assets. It outlines how organizations can design data-driven policies, enable informed decision-making, and build continuous feedback loops that translate insights into measurable returns on investment.

Jessie Lamontagne - Contact Center Components
What if the tool your stakeholders are excited to use as a UI can also serve as a component of your transformation pipeline? In contact centre environment there is always a component of the analytics pipeline that consists of transforming unstructured data into structured data. Meanwhile vendors offer CCaaS solutions that promise a full integrated analytics experience in a box. In this talk I will explain how we used the box as a component of our pipeline, while also empowering the business with the UI they wanted.

Aryan Dhar - Rebuilding our ML Pipeline for 100x Scale
Over the past few months, Wisedocs has been rebuilding our organization’s Machine Learning (ML) pipeline. As a platform that processes medical claims, we help facilitate the generation of case reports for various users, including medical professionals, claims adjusters, and government agencies. The key question facing us was how to rebuild this pipeline to support 100x the scale.
