About Event

More people now start by asking ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and this autumn personal AI agents like Meta's Muse and Instinct started going further, suggesting what to buy and acting on people's behalf. So when someone asks who to insure with, which brands get mentioned, which get recommended, and what happens when they want to act right there in the conversation?

Most of what's said about this is theoretical. This session is the opposite: practical, detailed and opinionated, from people dealing with it day to day.

Tim Graham, Co-Founder and CEO of Marrow, is joined by Thomas Peham, founder and CEO of OtterlyAI, and Arslan Hannani, Chief Innovation Officer at Aviva. Three people looking at the same shift from very different angles, talking through what's actually happening and what's worth doing about it.

What we'll cover

  • Found. Does an AI assistant mention you at all, and describe you accurately? Thomas shares cross-industry data and what his latest GEO experiments show really moves AI visibility, and what turned out not to work.

  • Recommended. Being there for "what does this policy cover" is one thing. Being there for "who should I choose" is another. Why brands often show up for one and not the other, how Muse and Instinct change things, and who inside an insurer should own the question.

  • Bought. If this is where people decide, can they act there too, or do they get sent back out to a form? What has to be true before an agent like Muse or Instinct can buy a policy for someone, and where comparison sites and brokers fit.

Who's speaking

Thomas Peham, Founder and CEO, OtterlyAI | https://otterly.ai/
OtterlyAI helps brands monitor and improve how they appear in AI search, tracking mentions and citations across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and more. Thomas is an authority on how AI agents discover and talk about brands and their products, across a wide range of industries.

Arslan Hannani, Chief Innovation Officer, Aviva | https://www.aviva.co.uk/
Arslan brings the view from inside a large UK insurer: what's changing in customer behaviour, and what it takes for an incumbent to move.

Tim Graham, Co-Founder and CEO, Marrow | https://www.onmarrow.com/
Marrow builds the infrastructure that lets UK insurers quote compliantly inside AI assistants like ChatGPT, and stewards the AMI Standards, an open set of rules for how AI agents should handle regulated insurance.

Who it's for

  • People in distribution, digital, marketing and compliance at insurers, MGAs and brokers, and anyone distributing regulated products

  • Anyone who wants to understand AI discoverability: marketers, growth leads and founders looking to get their brand found and recommended by AI
