Where are we with AI. What you should do now.
AI is moving quickly.
Every week there seems to be another new capability, another prediction, another reason to be excited, and another reason to be concerned.
It can be hard to know what actually deserves our attention.
On October 15, we’re going to step back and look at where AI is now, how people are using it, what risks are beginning to emerge, and what all of this may mean for us and for the organizations we work in.
We are not going to spend the hour chasing the latest tools.
We want to look at the bigger questions.
What should we understand now?
What should concern us?
What should we be learning?
And what should organizations begin doing while the technology is still changing?
We’ll talk about:
Examples of how AI is being used today
Recent risks and concerns
Different types of AI users
The impact on individuals
The impact on organizations
What we should begin doing personally
What organizations should begin doing
Questions, discussion, and follow-up
We probably won’t settle every question in an hour.
But we may be able to get clearer about which ones matter.
We’d be glad to have you join us.
