Meet Your Perfect Pitch Coach: Erika Lucas
Erika Lucas is the Founder of StitchCrew, an organization committed to building a more equitable economy by supporting new majority entrepreneurs, small business owners, and women professionals. She also founded VEST, a peer network and investment fund focused on advancing women professionals and women-led companies.
As host of the VEST Her Podcast, Erika engages experts in conversations about the hidden barriers women face in building economic mobility. She currently serves as a Corporate Director on the Board of Arvest Bank and several private companies, as well as on public and nonprofit boards including The Diversion Hub and the Oklahoma City–County Health Department.
Before launching StitchCrew and VEST, Erika was a Partner at a private equity firm investing in Aerospace & Defense companies and served as Global Director at the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, leading international trade and foreign direct investment efforts.
