• ​4:35 PM – Onboarding session

• ​4:50 – 6:20 PM – Buildathon start

• ​6:20 PM – Project submission + Judging

• ​6:30 PM – Main Event Start: Networking Dinner & Caffeine Experience Pods

• ​7:35 – 7:45 PM – Caffeine Keynote (Javier Arroyo Ferrer)

• ​7:50 – 8:05 PM – Panel "Chain of Intelligence" (Patricia Hill, Dr. Jelani Clarke, and ISHITA Banerjee)

• ​8:10 – 8:20 PM – AI Keynote (David Usher)

• ​8:25 – 8:35 PM – Buildathon winners demo

• ​This is an in-person event. It will not be live-streamed.

• ​Registration is required. A QR Registration Code is needed for entry.

• ​Capacity is limited - entry is first come, first served until the venue is full.

• ​Badge Pickup: Available from 5:00 PM at the welcome desk.

• ​Photography & Video: The event will be recorded. Attendance implies consent.
