Bringing together innovators, students, researchers and industry leaders under one roof - joins us as Comp Sci students from Glasgow universities showcase their software projects and compete for top prizes!

The Inform Prize aims to encourage students to think about how they might communicate their ideas and research findings to local employers, and promote interaction between industry and academia.

Students are initially tasked with creating a digital solution to a real life problem. Their ideas will be presented in video format to a panel of judges, where they'll give a demonstration of their product in action, they'll also take part in a question and answer session before the judges go on to decide who the winners are.

The Inform Prize has been an annual event in Aberdeen since 2014, and this will be the first time that the event will run for students of the Glasgow universities.
