6:30 AM – Meet at Bada Gumbad, Lodhi Garden

7:00 AM – We will start our 5K run from Alliance Française de Delhi, taking on the iconic Amrita Shergill Marg loop at a beginner friendly pace.
If you arrive late, please wait for us at Bada Gumbad.
8:00 AM – Post-run stretch & cooldown
8:15 AM - we'll head straight to Post Run Coffee
