Essential Collaboration Patterns for Climate Focused Teams

We get more done when we work together. Successful work in the climate space demands great ideas, good decisions, and focus for execution.

In this fun and engaging 2 hour session, author and seasoned impact strategy consultant, Jason Fraser, will teach you how to surface the best information and ideas from your team members, organize it in meaningful ways, and focus on the parts that will drive progress.

We'll alternate between lecture, actual collaboration with other attendees, and Q&A as Jason guides you through collaboration methods he's used with organizations ranging from Fortune 100s, the Obama White House, and all the way down to two-person startups. Using these tools will help you get the most out of your teammates, drive conversation and alignment, and 10x your team's progress.

Here’s what people say about this session:

“Easily the most impactful, lasting, collaboration framework I've seen in my career. If you're looking for a breath of fresh air in your week and a new perspective on how to lead healthy teams, Jason Fraser is your guy ⚡.”

“The 2x2 matrix you shared and the way you used different tools to map out climate impact actions made the session really engaging. The example brought the tools to life, and it was clear from the discussions that people were connecting with the content.”

“That was a great session, Jason. I am excited to try out the techniques you shared to drive alignment. Will tell you how it goes!”

Jason Fraser is an empathetic leader with a real sense of how to navigate complex situations. Farther, Faster, and Far Less Drama (Book) is a great read too.
