After launching Le Croissant AI in Paris 2 years ago with Eliott Hoffenberg, I’m starting a new chapter.
In less than two years, the community has grown to 400+ members, through events, conversations, and encounters that went far beyond AI hype.
In 2026, I’m setting a new ambition:
to build the largest Defence Tech movement in Europe.
Why now?
Because we’re living through a historical inflection point.
In the Western world, peace is no longer a given.
Geopolitical tensions are rising.
Global balances are shifting.
And in this context, technology is no longer neutral.
It can remain just a tool.
Or it can become a strategic lever: for sovereignty, resilience, and stability.
This movement is built on a simple belief:
👉 tech can, and should, serve something bigger than itself.
Our first meet-up will take place in London on February 10,
with special guests and announcements.
