Agentic AI for Healthcare Leaders — Part 1 of 2: What Agentic AI Really Is
Every week, something new gets announced. A new model, a new framework, a new tool you are told you need to understand. Most of it is noise. But some of it will reshape how senior leaders work, decide, and manage information over the next 12 months, and the window to get practical is shorter than most people think.
This is a hands-on executive lab for senior healthcare leaders who want to understand what agentic AI actually does, in practice rather than in theory. It is not a webinar and not a lecture. It is a working session where you use AI directly, build your own agents, and leave with tools you can keep using in your day-to-day work.
You do not need a technical background. The setup is fully guided.
Two evenings, one cohort
You are registering for both parts. The same small group attends each.
Part 1, What Agentic AI Really Is — Tuesday 28 July. You sort what an AI agent actually is and is not, learn to tell real from hype for the conversations you have with teams and vendors, get set up on the tools, and build your own context file. This is the foundation the build night runs on.
Part 2, Build Your Own Agent — Thursday 30 July (included). You put the foundation to work and build your own working agents, hands-on, and leave with something you can actually reuse.
What you will build
Across the two evenings you build at least two agents designed around real senior-leadership needs. Examples:
A meeting preparation agent that structures agendas, anticipates questions, and clarifies the outcome you want
A decision support agent that compares options, surfaces risks, and sharpens your recommendation
A communication agent that drafts and refines emails, updates, and board or stakeholder notes
You will not just watch a demonstration. You build, test, and adapt your own agents during the session.
You will leave with
A practical read on where AI stands today: what is useful, what is hype, what a senior leader should actually pay attention to
A working framework for spotting where AI creates immediate productivity gains in your own role, team, or organisation
At least two working agents, built live, that you can keep using after the session

Please come prepared
This is a working session, not a lecture.
Bring your own laptop, fully charged, with reliable connectivity.
Bring one or two real work situations where you want AI support: preparing for a meeting, writing an update, weighing options, managing follow-ups, or improving a recurring workflow.
No technical background is required. Setup is guided. We will send short setup instructions and a preparation note about a week before, and we hold a brief setup-and-troubleshooting window before the sharp start so the tools are working before we begin.

You do not need to code and you do not need a technical background. You need to be ready to engage, experiment, and try things on a real work challenge you care about.
