Phone a Friend is a lightning-round problem-solving session for founders, operators, creatives, and ecosystem leaders who want honest feedback on something they’re actively navigating.
How it works
Everyone comes with one question: Growth stuck? Pricing unclear? First hire? Considering a pivot? Then, you’ll rotate through a series of 20-minute 1:1 conversations with other builders in the room.
Each round:
2 minutes to explain your challenge
8 minutes of focused feedback and workshopping
Then you switch and help your partner think through their challenge
When time’s up, you rotate
What to expect
5:00–5:30 pm: Check-in + light networking
5:30–7:00 pm: Speed problem-solving rounds
Snacks and sips provided by Heirloom Fine Foods
No panels, demos, or pitches, just focused conversations and a clearer next step!
