​"Building virtual teams and communities: what makes people show up, speak up, and come back"

​A hands-on session in Kolab, TechChange's interactive platform for virtual gatherings.

​Kim and Kate worked together on the local capacity strengthening team at Management Sciences for Health (#MSH). They've spent a lot of time building and moderating communities of practice, promoting virtual teamwork, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders spread across the globe.

​In this session, participants will exchange ideas on the challenges of virtual collaboration and on what works to build connection, keep members engaged and contributing, and keep them coming back. If you have experiences to share or want to learn from others, please join us!

​It will also show how the platform and its tools can make a real difference in reaching those goals, and you'll get to experience them firsthand—not just via a demo that you watch!
