​Overnight guests will enjoy a more intimate gathering before the pool party begins.

​We will also be collecting Black Barbie dolls to donate to girls in need.

​Guests are encouraged (but not required) to bring a doll that will be donated to organizations serving young girls in our community.

​Because this is a private property, space is extremely limited.

​Event Policies & Guest Agreement

​By registering for The Black Barbie Dreamhouse Weekend, guests acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

​Payment Policy

​All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Due to the nature of private venue bookings, catering commitments, and vendor contracts, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.

​If a guest is unable to attend, they may transfer their ticket to another guest by notifying the host at least 48 hours prior to the event. The replacement guest must meet the event’s participation guidelines and be approved by the host.

​Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

​This event takes place at a private residential property with a pool and outdoor spaces.

​By attending, guests acknowledge that participation in activities at the property, including swimming and use of the grounds, carries inherent risks.

​The host, organizers, and property owners shall not be held liable for any personal injury, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during the event.

​Guests attend and participate at their own risk.

​Guest Conduct

​This is a private curated gathering. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward the property, vendors, and fellow attendees.

​The host reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

​Property Respect

​Because the Dreamhouse Weekend takes place in a private luxury residence, guests agree to treat the property and its furnishings with care and respect.

​Guest Registration & Privacy Policy

​Registered Guests Only

​Attendance is limited to registered and confirmed guests only. For the privacy and security of the property, no unregistered guests or plus-ones will be permitted.

​Each attendee must have their own confirmed ticket.

​Address Confidentiality

​The Dreamhouse Weekend takes place at a private residence. The exact address will be shared only with confirmed guests prior to the event.

​Guests agree not to publicly share the address of the property before or during the event in order to protect the privacy of the homeowner and the safety of attendees.

​Photography & Social Media

​Photography and video will be taken throughout the event for community memories and promotional purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in photos or video content shared by the host.

​Event Adjustments

​The host reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to programming, vendors, or event details if necessary to ensure the best possible guest experience.
