Throughout this series, we curate intentional experiences that explore what it means to support, uplift, and grow as women - personally, physically, and collectively.
Because celebrating women is not only about ambition and movement,
it’s also about slowing down, nurturing ourselves, and creating space to reset.
This special Self-Care Evening is designed as a gentle Sunday reset.
An intimate experience combining touch, movement, warmth, and deep rest - in collaboration with Soma House and L'Occitane
Think: candlelight, calming movement, nourishing rituals, and a beautiful space to unwind together.
The perfect way to close the weekend and step into the new week feeling grounded, relaxed, and glowing.
💆♀️ Head Massage Ritual with L’Occitane
We begin the evening with a guided head massage workshop by L’Occitane, designed to release tension held in the scalp, neck, and shoulders.
Using L’Occitane’s nourishing hair care products, you’ll learn simple techniques that help stimulate circulation, relax facial muscles, and activate key pressure points known to calm the nervous system.
A beautiful ritual you can easily integrate into your own self-care routine.

🕯 Candlelit Infrared Pilates at Soma House
Next, we move into a slow candlelit Pilates session held in Soma House’s infrared heated studio.
The gentle infrared warmth helps support circulation, muscle relaxation, and detoxification while allowing the body to release tension more easily.
The heat also enhances the absorption of the nourishing L’Occitane products applied during the massage ritual, allowing the treatment to work even more effectively while you move.

🌿 Hangout & Calm Tea
To close the evening, we gather for a short relaxed hangout with the community.
