About the Session:

Most women and non-binary professionals don't have a sales problem—they have a sales story problem. They've been taught that selling requires convincing, urgency tactics, and performing confidence they don't feel. So they avoid it entirely—hiding online, underselling their value, or apologizing for their prices.

This interactive workshop introduces the C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Framework—a human-first approach to sales that replaces pressure with presence, scripts with curiosity, and convincing with connection.

Through teaching, reflection, and live practice, participants will:

Identify and rewrite the cultural conditioning that makes sales feel "icky"

Learn a consultative sales process grounded in listening, integrity, and detachment

Practice asking better questions instead of pitching

Understand how to assess fit honestly (so "no" becomes a successful outcome)

Shift from performance to presence in sales conversations

This isn't about learning to sell "better"—it's about learning to trust yourself more in the process of selling.

About the Host:

Megan Flanagan is a Partnerships & Sales Leader who helps women professionals sell with integrity instead of pressure. After years of witnessing talented women shrink from sales because they associated it with manipulation and ""bro tactics,"" she developed the C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Framework—a human-first sales methodology that prioritizes connection over conversion, curiosity over convincing, and service over scripts.

Her approach combines:

Deep emotional intelligence and understanding of the gendered conditioning around money, visibility, and self-promotion

Somatic awareness of how sales conversations feel in the body (and how to stay grounded when money is involved)

Coaching methodology that builds self-trust rather than teaching people to "sound confident"
