You do not need to be a pianist or know how to read music. You only need to know the names of the notes on the piano.
By the end of class, you’ll be able to:
• Build a major scale starting on any note • Understand how sharp and flat key signatures are formed • Identify major and minor chords • Find the relative minor of a major key • Use the Circle of Fifths as a practical tool, not just a diagram
