• ​専門スタッフとのライブQ&A

• ​ウォレット移行ガイダンススライドのご案内

​ご質問にお答えするとともに、ウォレットのセキュリティを強化するためのベストプラクティスや、翌週にリリース予定の安全なウォレットエクスポート機能を利用した、安全なウォレット移行方法についてご案内いたします。セッションを通して、資産を安心して保護していただけるよう、推奨されるセキュリティのベストプラクティスをご説明いたします。

​ガイダンススライドは情報提供のみを目的としており、1対1でのサポートや、ウォレットのトラブルシューティングを実際に行うことはいたしません。

​We are organizing a dedicated guidance session for SecondFi / Yoroi Wallet users affected by the security incident. The session will include:

• ​A Yoroi / SecondFi update from our CEO

• ​A live Q&A with our specialists

• ​Migration guidance slides

​We will be available to answer your questions and walk you through best practices on securing your wallet or safely migrate your wallet using our secure wallet export functionality, which will be released soon in the following week. Recommended security best practices will be covered throughout the session to help you protect your assets with confidence.

​The guidance slides are informative only and we will not conduct 1:1 or hands-on wallet troubleshooting.

​The session will be conducted in both English and Japanese. Assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
