The European AI Summer Research Program is a pan-European research initiative for AI researchers, running across multiple universities and student communities under the EuroTech network.
If you're working on a serious technical question in AI, machine learning, or optimisation for ML, this is your chance to get it in front of researchers and practitioners beyond your own university, lab, or country.
Who can apply
Undergraduate, Master's, and PhD researchers, solo or in a team.
How it works
→ Apply to the program by answering the questions in the registration. Accepted participants will be notified shortly after.
→ Accepted participants write and submit an 8-page paper on their research topic.
→ Anonymised paper will be submitted by 31 August 2026.
→ The strongest paper from AaltoAI advances to the European Global Challenge in Paris, October 2026.
*The winner receives an internship opportunity with OVHai.
