Crypto 2026 - OMG, What Have We Done?!

​BlueYard is hosting a small, off-the-record dinner during ETHDenver for builders and investors who have been around long enough to remember what crypto set out to be, and to feel genuinely uncertain about where it has landed.

​No talks or pitches. One table. A serious conversation in a quiet place, away from the noise of the conference and side events.

​We will look back at the ideals and assumptions of the early years, take stock of what actually survived, and reassess what still matters now. Topics include power, governance, decentralization, finance, infrastructure, autonomous agents, and the strange edges that never quite fit the mainstream story.

​Was finance always the point, or was it only the foundation? Did we lose the plot, or did we find the only viable path? Expect candid disagreement, early-era perspectives, and present-day operators trying to understand what success really looks like if this is as far as crypto goes, or if its most important chapter is still ahead.
