Why join us?
Caroline Dell was employee #5 at Chief. She helped take it to $1 billion and 20,000 members. That journey started with a single intro from someone who believed in her. Now she and Chris Fischer - who supported Shutterstock through hypergrowth and its IPO - are building Goodword together so the relationships that matter most don't slip through the cracks. They just raised $4 million in seed funding led by Human Ventures.
Jaclyn Pascocello and Gwen Wiscount founded Fabrik in 2023. In under two years, 185+ communities now call Fabrik home, hosting 70+ gatherings each month across two locations in NYC and a third space in Chicago. Previously, Jaclyn was COO of Spacious which was acquired by WeWork. Over the last 15 years, Gwen has helped scale 45+ companies across 26 industries. They're building Fabrik to address the growing epidemic of loneliness by creating vibrant social spaces that support social wellness and make IRL community easier to access.
These successful cofounder pairs are willing to give you the truth about what happens behind the curtain of establishing a healthy (and at times challenging) cofounder relationship.
They'll talk about how they found each other, how they split decisions, what's tested them, and what's held them together.
