This is a hands-on day built around the skills that actually matter once you step into your role: working with the AI tools your team uses, organizing your own workload, and knowing how to speak up when you hit a roadblock.

​What the day covers

​Building Your AI Toolkit Get hands-on with the AI platform your organization uses. Each session takes you from understanding the tool to prototyping with it, so you walk away with real context and practical experience. Tracks include Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.

​Be Your Own Project Manager Learn core project management principles you can apply right away. You'll pick up techniques for organizing tasks, balancing competing priorities, and keeping your goals on track.

​How to Get Unstuck Roadblocks are part of any job. This session gives you frameworks and communication strategies for working through challenges and knowing when and how to raise them with your manager.

​Navigating the New Learn the basics of adapting to a new workplace: how to read company culture, identify the people who matter, and find mentors who can guide you through this stage of your career.
