Designing for Connection: The Hidden Skill of Remote Leadership
Don't miss this live session with Julia Ysabela Fernandez (Meta) and Linn Vizard (Made Manifest) where you will learn how to turn any room (even a virtual one) into a space where people actually connect, participate and contribute.
About the event
Even experienced designers and leaders struggle to get people truly engaged, especially in remote or high-stakes settings. Too often, meetings feel flat, participation is uneven, and connection is left to chance. So - how do you create the conditions for real engagement and collaboration?
In this session, we’ll explore simple, practical facilitation techniques and exercises you can use right away to spark connection, build towards psychological safety in teams, and lead more engaging sessions.
