Hosted as part of the Romanian Community Summit in Chicago, the flagship annual event of the Romanian United Foundation (RUF).

The Summit will convene founders, C-level executives, technology leaders, investors, and ecosystem partners from both the United States and Romania. As organizations continue to accelerate artificial intelligence, cloud transformation, enterprise software modernization, cybersecurity, automation, and digital innovation, this event provides a unique forum for meaningful dialogue, knowledge sharing, and cross-border collaboration.
More than a networking event, the Summit is designed to connect the people building, investing in, and supporting the next generation of Romanian-led technology companies expanding into the U.S. market.
Startup Pitch Competition
Following the success of the RACC-IT Pitch Competition in New York earlier this year, RACC-IT is partnering with Lofty Ventures to showcase high-potential startups from Romania and the United States.
Selected companies will present their businesses live before investors, venture capital firms, corporate executives, and technology leaders for the opportunity to win the $2,000 Grand Prize, generously sponsored by Lofty Ventures.

11:30 - 12:00 PM: Break | Prep session for Leadership Panel
12:00 - 1:00 PM Leadership Panel – Building Global Technology Companies: Founders and executives representing internationally recognized technology companies—including UiPath, Arobs, DruidAI, Endava, Recognos, Eloquentix, RebelDot, Eloquentix and FintechOS—will share practical insights on scaling globally, AI adoption, cloud transformation, talent development, and international expansion.
