Aihui Ong (i-we)
Aihui is the CEO & founder of EasyMate.ai, a two-time founder, investor, and startup mentor. Before EasyMate.ai, she built and exited a pioneering AI/ML platform for CPG brands. Alongside her operator experience, Aihui is an active angel and venture investor and a partner at XFactor Ventures, where she invests in early-stage founders across AI, commerce, and consumer innovation. She’s deeply engaged in the startup and AI ecosystem, frequently speaking and writing about technology, entrepreneurship, and investing, and is widely known for providing practical, founder-friendly guidance.
XFactor Ventures is a women-led venture fund investing in pre-seed and seed-stage startups with at least one woman founder. Backed by Flybridge, the fund focuses on high-potential companies across software, consumer, healthcare, and frontier technologies. XFactor provides capital, hands-on support, and a powerful community of founders and operators to help women-led startups grow and scale.
Sarah is on the investment team at Geek Ventures, where she focuses on sourcing, screening, and evaluating early-stage startups. She brings experience from multiple VC firms and Techstars-backed startups, and is an active voice in the startup ecosystem with 60+ speaking engagements, 30+ judging sessions, and a strong LinkedIn presence (22k+). She also supports female and diverse founders by offering free pitch and fundraising guidance. Sarah is a VC University C20 scholarship recipient.
Geek Ventures invests in visionary immigrant founders in the U.S., backing pre-seed and seed startups with $100k–$700k checks. The fund focuses on AI and robotics and helps founders become strong U.S. fundraisers through capital and deep community connections.
