About Techmas Fukuoka
After our successful Techmas in 2025, we are bringing our second version! Fukuoka is the annual year-end celebration organized by Manabu Hubs and Fukuoka Startup Collective, bringing together the people who make Fukuoka’s tech and startup ecosystem vibrant, welcoming, and internationally connected. This year, we’re celebrating with some festive finger foods and pizza, drinks, and an evening of informal networking with Startup Ecosystem. It’s a chance to step away from our usual routines, reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people, and celebrate everything we’ve accomplished together throughout the year.
Most importantly, Techmas is our way of saying thank you to the founders, entrepreneurs, partners, mentors, supporters, and community members who have contributed to our activities and helped strengthen Fukuoka’s global connections.
Whether you’re building a startup, working in tech, supporting international collaboration, or simply curious about Fukuoka’s growing innovation community, you’re welcome to join us!

Enjoy a relaxed light meal gathering with food, drinks, and great company. Come hungry, bring your holiday spirit, and enjoy an evening with the community. If you want to share any drinks, sake or your favorite alcohol bring with you and share with all! Everyone is welcome to bring your own drinks!

Would you like to introduce yourself, share what you’re working on, or tell the community about a project you're excited about? First come-first serve!
We welcome short, informal 30seconds open mic light talks from community members. If you’re interested, please submit a short description of yourself, your project, or the topic you’d like to share through the registration form. We’ll follow up with selected participants about the details.

Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes! We’re planning a festive gathering with food and drinks included in the ticket price. It’ll be a relaxed evening to enjoy good food and great company with the Techmas community.
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance through the registration form so we can take them into consideration when planning the menu.
You’re also welcome to bring your own additional drinks or something to share with the community!
Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring friends, colleagues, or partners. Please ensure that every attendee, including guests, registers and secures their own ticket.
Do I need to bring anything to the event?
Just bring your digital ticket, a positive attitude, and your business cards if you have them. Come ready to network, enjoy the food, and celebrate a fantastic year of growth!
Is there a refund policy?
Yes ! Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after that date due to venue, logistics and catering commitments.
