Isolations & Gooey Prep in July
In this challenging bendy class we'll detail the building blocks for smooth, flexy circles for the rib cage and hips, and link these to figure 8s and "scoops."
We'll focus on one or two steps each week, drop-ins welcome. Rachel loves details so bring your questions.
Who this is for:
This class was created for the intermediate dancer, but anyone who loves working on ooey-gooey movement is welcome to join. At least one year of belly dance experience is recommended.

What to wear:
Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable moving in. We generally dance barefoot, but dance-studio shoes are fine.
What to bring:
Stretchy layers for warming up and cooling down
A water bottle with a top (filtered water provided)
Optional hip scarf or dance shoes
