Nestled in the pristine cloud forests of Costa Rica, we will curate a life-changing experience grounded in longevity science and healthy living. This 4-day event will feature talks by top longevity scientists and clinicians, 1 on 1 sessions with wellness coaches, and daily group discussions. Yoga, nature walks, a special blue-zone inspired menu, and more will be provided to fill out your days. You will come out of these 4 days with a new understanding of and control over your health goals and how to achieve them.

Location: This secluded retreat is in the cloud rainforest of Costa Rica, about 1.5 hours from the San Jose airport. This environment is stunning, and offers unique opportunities to see wildlife that only exists in Costa Rica. Included in your resort experience will be nature walks, morning yoga, breakfast, and dinner. Additional options at the resort include a full-featured spa and excursions. There are 16 one-bedroom private villas available and a small number of larger villas.
Food: The remarkably talented resort chef will offer a special menu modeled after Costa Rica's nearby famous blue zone (a region where people live to be older than 100 at much higher rates).
Wellness Programming: Each day will also include programming from our wellness experts, including top longevity and aging scientists and clinicians. You will have a 1 on 1 meeting with a wellness coach to help establish your goals and values around your own health and create a plan for meeting them.
Biomarkers and other diagnostics: We will provide optional add-on biomarker services that take advantage of Costa Rica's inexpensive diagnostics. This will involve an appointment in San Jose before driving to the resort.
Price: The price will be approximately $7500 per bedroom for the 4-night stay, with add-ons for diagnostics.
RSVP: An RSVP of going expresses intent to attend. It does not guarantee a spot. You can choose to add a non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot until our cutoff date next spring. Non-reserved spots will be first come first serve. This retreat hosts a very limited number of people for a more intimate experience.
