​Pamela Kinsey — Founder of From Holes to Wholeness Foundation — is a dynamic leader, accomplished author, and passionate advocate for transformation and healing. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and raised in the Tri-Cities area of Washington State, she has built a remarkable life centered on service, family, and empowering others to overcome life’s challenges.

​Martin L. Malone — Founder of Multi Layered Ministry — is a faith-driven leader and the founder of a ministry and consulting movement built on transformation, resilience, and purpose. For over a decade, he has served on the front lines of community leadership and program management—creating systems that restore dignity, build accountability, and move people from survival to stability.
