The AI Lab is an intensive, hands-on training day in Amsterdam for women in finance and consulting who want to move beyond experimenting with AI and start using it meaningfully in their work.
15 women. Two expert trainers. Your own work on the table.
You’ll learn how to instruct AI properly, turn what works into a reusable Skill, let AI carry out multi-step tasks for you, and build something you can actually take back to your team.
No tech background needed. No generic AI theory. Finance and consulting examples only.

Who is The AI Lab for?
Women working in finance and consulting, from analyst to managing director.
You don't need to be an AI expert. Beginners and regular AI users are both welcome because everyone works on a challenge from their own role and level.

01. Online pre-session
Approx 1 hour
Meet the group and trainers, choose the task you’ll bring to The Lab and make sure your tools are ready.
Before The Lab: spend 20 minutes testing AI on your chosen task.
02. The AI Lab
6 November | London
A full hands-on day where we move from understanding AI to building something useful for your actual work.
03. Online follow-up
Approx. 1 hour
Come back after putting your learning into practice. We’ll troubleshoot what you built, discuss what worked and help you decide what to implement next with your team.

What about the tools my company allows?
This is not a single-tool workshop.
And it doesn't matter whether your organisation uses Microsoft Copilot, Claude, an internal AI environment or something else entirely.
We teach you how to work with AI, rather than how to operate one specific platform.
During the programme, we'll train with some of the most capable professional tools available so you can see the full range of what's possible. You can then take those principles and methods back into whichever AI environment your organisation allows.
