Jonas has conducted 500+ interviews throughout his career and has a sharp eye for identifying talent that can scale. and now leads Devotion Ventures a venture studio running 18 startups through their growth phase simultaneously. His hands-on experience spans everything from early-stage hiring to building high-performing teams across multiple companies at once.
