​The Discovery Piscine – Web is a beginner-friendly, hands-on programme that teaches the fundamentals of building websites. 

​In this programme, you will learn to create interactive web pages from the ground up, starting with the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Build practical skills through hands-on projects that teach you to structure, style, and add interactivity to web pages. 

​No prior experience is required — just curiosity and a willingness to learn by doing.  

​It’s the perfect way to get started in coding, gain confidence, and build something tangible in a short time.  

​📅 Duration: 9 March – 16 March 2026 
📍 Format: Fully physical, on-campus (24/7 access) 
🧑 Who should join: Beginners aged 17+, curious about coding or exploring tech

​What You’ll Learn 

• ​Build your first web pages from scratch

  • ​Create real web pages using HTML. Add text, images, links, and simple layouts while understanding how websites are structured.

• ​Make your websites look good and work on all screens

  • ​Use CSS to style your web pages, create clean layouts, and ensure your website looks good on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

• ​Make your website interactive and dynamic

  • ​Learn basic JavaScript to create web pages that respond to users. Build simple features like calculators or to-do lists and see how websites update in real time.

• ​Work with others to create a complete website

  • ​Team up with others to plan and build a mini website from start to finish using everything you’ve learned. By the end, you’ll have a fully functional website you can proudly showcase.

• ​Know whether pursuing computer science/programming further is right for you
