Motovun in October is something else entirely. The tourists have gone. The grapes are being harvested. The light turns golden in a way that makes you want to slow down and actually say the things you've been meaning to say all year.
We chose it deliberately.
This is the closing edition of our 2026 Lady's Salon series — and it's the one we've been building toward all year.
Not a conference. Not a celebration in the conventional sense.
A gathering to close the loop. To sit with what we've learned. To finish something together that matters.

This October salon is the closing chapter of The Lady's Handbook for Young Women Entering the Creative Industry — a project built from real conversations, real stories and real hard-won honesty gathered across salons, Labs and gatherings throughout 2026.
The women in this room will help write the final pages.
Through conversation, shared meals, long autumn evenings and the kind of reflection that only happens when you're away from the noise — we'll gather the wisdom, the warnings and the truths that deserve to be passed on.
You don't just attend this one.

We don't curate by job title or career stage.
We curate by state of mind.
She is successful enough to question things. Slightly disillusioned with how work works. Open to honest conversation — not performance. Values depth over dinner party networking.
She might be a creative director, a founder, a strategist, a journalist, a designer, a corporate leader. She might be in transition or in expansion. What matters is that she has something worth saying — and is ready to say it honestly.
