Over past Founder Mondays, we’ve explored the Business Engine: the customers you serve, the value you create, how it reaches the market, and what makes it sustainable.

This week, we’ll step back and look at your startup as a whole.

Using a simple business modelling framework, we’ll map your business from the top down, helping you identify what’s already clear, where the gaps are, and which assumptions deserve your attention next.

This is a practical working session with a short introduction followed by dedicated time to work on your own startup, with support and discussion throughout.

Whether you’re still refining an idea or already building, you’ll leave with a clearer picture of how the pieces of your business fit together.
