Join us for Drum Circle at Wholistic Rebirth.
Before we ever learned to speak, we knew rhythm. The heartbeat is our very first experience of life. Rhythm has always been with us. It can bring us into the present moment, reconnect us with ourselves, and remind us that we belong.
We do not host this to teach people how to drum. We host it to make a space where everyone is welcome to gather, breathe, listen, play, and feel rhythm in community. No musical experience is needed. Just an open heart.
Bring a drum, any instrument you feel called to bring, or simply bring yourself. All ages are welcome. Some people play. Some people listen. There is a place for you in the circle.
