The Unconventional Women’s Journey: From Limitations to Liberation
A 3-day immersive experience based on somatic and mindset work for women with an unconventional path to find a seat at the table they want.
Most women who've lived an unconventional life are out there making things happen, pursuing big goals… but something always feels off. Like they can never get a seat at the table they want.
No matter where they look, they can’t seem to find people like them, which makes them believe they can’t belong as who they truly are.
As first generation immigrants, women and entrepreneurs, Hedi (Iranian) and Mouna (French-Moroccan) know too well the pressure of trying to fit into neat boxes. Society conditions us to follow a linear path that can be very limiting.
But you don’t have to.
You can dream big, live bigger and get a seat at the table that you actually want.
Or build your own.
Or even flip it!
To do this, focusing on your mindset alone isn’t enough. Focusing solely on the body doesn’t solve it all either. You need to understand how your internal and external limitations live in both your body and mind.
That’s why we came together with our different expertise to create this 3-day immersive live experience.
This will be a total of 3 sessions, each 90min per day for 3 days. You’ll be able to:
Understand your deep rooted limiting narratives somatically and psychologically
Use effective bodywork and mindset tools to no longer let them control your life
Get clear on who you need to be to build the action plan for the life that feels right to you.
Grab a seat at our table on February 11th-13th.
Bring a pen and paper and your amazing self.

About Hedi Shah
Most wellness programs only manage symptoms. That is not enough. Hedi believes we need to address the root cause of what keeps people stuck and in pain by bringing the body back into the conversation.
Her journey with injury, concussion, and chronic health challenges, along with navigating life as a woman, immigrant, and entrepreneur, led her to seek options beyond conventional health and wellness spaces, as these had failed her throughout her life.
She eventually found a different approach that helped her transform her relationship with her body, and for nearly ten years she has been helping individuals and teams do the same.
Hedi now supports those who have tried everything finally move beyond what keeps them stuck and in pain through a combination of mindfulness and bodywork that addresses the deeper patterns beneath the symptoms.
About Mouna Laaragat
Mouna believes most coaching sells magical recipes for pain through distraction or a biased self-hyper-focus. But willpower is limited, and motivation with a stick never lasts.
For 33 years, she lived this. Chased success and love, but nothing ever felt like enough because she never felt enough. Hitting rock bottom forced her to see how childhood abuse shaped her life, relationships, and self-worth.
She learned defence mechanisms are survival superpowers until they cripple us. True resilience, she discovered, is built with softness, not the rage we carry along our suffering.
Now a trauma-informed resilience mindset coach, writer, and podcaster, Mouna guides women to move beyond survival patterns. Her mission is to heal out loud because shame dissolves in the light of shared stories (a theme central to her upcoming book, Love No Crumbs).
