A Gathering for These Chaotic Times
A supportive space on the beach for discussion/experiential activities of climate emotions, the recent wildfires, & political uncertainty.
With the recent wildfires and ongoing climate change, as well as political instability and uncertainty, a range of feelings might be triggered for many of us. Experiencing these emotions alone can be difficult and coming together in community can provide support and deeper understanding.
We'll start with a gentle mindfulness activity, followed by a discussion, then an optional creative process. This event is free of charge.
