The Yield Layer of Social Impact
The Yield Layer of Social Impact is a half-day side event at Ethereum Devcon Mumbai, co-hosted by Launchnodes and GSR Foundation. We bring together donors, impact organisations, and the protocols underwriting on-chain yield.
The premise: staking and stablecoin yield can fund global impact at scale, without donors parting with their principal.
The day is built as a deliberate arc: what has been built, where the capital comes from, what is getting built on top, and where it goes next. Expect fireside conversations with the protocols underwriting on-chain yield, a keynote from a leading global impact voice, and panels with donors, foundations, and builders.
Tens of billions sit in on-chain stablecoins, alongside millions of ETH staked. Most of the yield is reinvested, idle, or consumed by operating costs. Over the last two years, Launchnodes has built the rails that let any of that yield flow directly to vetted impact organisations, while the principal stays staked and fully withdrawable. Those rails are Lido Impact Staking and Stablecoin for Impact built on Aave.
The infrastructure exists. The question now is how to open these rails to non crypto institutional TVL and convert that capital into measurable impact at scale.
The room is curated: India's largest corporate philanthropy operations alongside on-chain capital, impact organisations already operating on-chain or actively exploring it, and the protocols underwriting it all.
If yield becomes the next layer of philanthropy, this is the room where it starts.

This event is organised by Launchnodes, the Ethereum infrastructure company behind Lido Impact Staking and Stablecoin for Impact. Launchnodes builds the financial rails that let on-chain yield flow directly to vetted impact organisations. Together, these products form Impactstake.com, the platform connecting donor capital with measurable social and environmental outcomes. Launchnodes also builds infrastructure and dApps on Canton Network for traditional financial institutions.
