About Event

Landing a design partnership is one of the most difficult tasks health tech entrepreneurs face.

Over breakfast, 2-3 successful founders from the Terrarium and Company Ventures portfolio will share how they signed their first three to five enterprise customers, and what it took to convert those pilots into full contracts. Expect specifics on:

  • Finding the right champion and getting a pilot approved

  • Structuring pilots with clear success metrics and a path to paid

  • Getting through procurement, security reviews, and budget cycles

  • What they’d do differently

Format: short talks from each founder, followed by open Q&A and conversation. Seating is limited to keep the discussion candid and useful.

Getting there: When you arrive at 22 Vanderbilt, take the escalator up to the Walnut Room.

This event is part of the Terrarium Community’s curated event series. Have an idea for a future event? Let Mark, Yaniv, or Tara know.

Light pastries, coffee and tea will be served.
