Neurodivergent Innovation: Meet Jan, CEO and Tech Leader
Join us for a conversation highlighting leaders building technology that expands access, autonomy, and opportunity for the neurodivergent community. This session features Jan, a CEO and technology leader whose work centers on designing tools that support real-world navigation—both on the road and in the workplace.
We’ll explore SANDY, a groundbreaking tool developed by Vanderbilt University to support new neurodivergent drivers as they build confidence and independence on their journey toward freedom of movement. Rooted in safety, skill-building, and self-determination, SANDY reflects a broader vision for how technology can reduce barriers and increase access to everyday life experiences.
The conversation will also introduce CIRVR, a recently launched tool that carries these same inclusive design principles into the interview and employment experience. CIRVR is designed to support neurodivergent individuals as they prepare for and navigate job interviews and workplace expectations—helping bridge the gap between talent and opportunity through immersive, affirming technology.
Through Jan’s leadership journey, we’ll discuss how innovation, research, and lived experience can come together to create tools that empower neurodivergent individuals across multiple stages of life.
What to Expect:
Insight into SANDY and CIRVR and how inclusive technology is being applied across driving, interviewing, and employment
Lessons from building research-backed, neurodiversity-affirming tools at scale
Reflections on leadership, ethical tech design, and systems-level impact
Space for dialogue, curiosity, and meaningful connection
