​If you’re considering funding for your business, this workshop will help you organize the information you may need before speaking with funders or business-support partners.

​You’ll clarify what you need funding for, how funds would be used, what type of capital may fit, and what documents or questions you may need to prepare. The session doesn’t promise funding and doesn’t replace financial, legal, or tax advice.

​You’ll use AI as a preparation tool to organize rough ideas into clearer business summaries, funding narratives, use-of-funds statements, document checklists, pitch language, or questions for bankers, CDFIs, SBDCs, City staff, or other partners.

​Bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Before the session, think about one possible funding need, such as equipment, working capital, hiring, space, marketing, inventory, expansion, or startup costs. No formal business plan is required.
