1:00 PM - Sign-In & Settle In! Check your phone and grab a name tag. Please be on time as it helps improve our time together.
60 minutes - One on one time with yourself (bring your own solo activity material or choose from ours)
120 minutes - It’s time to connect! This time is all about getting to know each other in a relaxed, open space. Strike up a conversation and get to know your neighbor.
30 Minutes - Closing & Gratitude - Wrap up with a quick reflection and gratitude.
