​What Every DoD Small Business Should Know

​This workshop will cover key aspects of the DoDʻs newly implemented(CMMC program, including the timeline for program rollout, the levels of compliance that can be required, the types of information that will need protection, the differences between self-assessment and 3rd party certification, the importance of coordination between prime contractors and their subs, and strategies to help small businesses understand and navigate the requirements.

​Larry Lieberman, eResilience, A Division of Referentia Systems

​Larry Lieberman is a Cyber Evangelist at eResilience, a division of Referentia Systems, where he is involved in providing subject matter expertise (SME) and project management in supply chain cyber compliance. An experienced writer, presenter, educator, and public speaker, Mr. Lieberman is focused on helping government contractors and subcontractors understand and implement the requirements of FAR and DFARS cybersecurity regulations including FAR 52.204-21, DFARS 252.204-7012 7019 / 7020, NIST SP 800-171, and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). Mr. Lieberman has developed and co-presented cybersecurity compliance content that has reached more than 10,000 viewers through live webinars and training events, presented at multiple conferences and events, conducted live and virtual training sessions for government DoD contractors, and written articles on supply chain cyber risk and other cyber compliance-related issues for Contract Management Magazine.
