With over two decades of leadership experience in fintech and financial services, he has built, scaled, and mentored organizations across BharatPe, Bajaj Finserv, IndoStar Capital, and Fullerton India.
Before launching GrowthCap, Pratekk personally invested in over 35 early-stage startups, earning a reputation for being a hands-on partner to founders. His investment philosophy combines deep operating experience with a founder-first approach, focusing on product-market fit, business fundamentals, and long-term sustainability.
An alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, Pratekk’s career spans corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and venture investing. He is passionate about building the next wave of tech-driven, capital-efficient companies that define India’s “Inevitable” growth story.
