About Event

Somatic Release Yoga with Najia Bagi

About the session
Step into a space of rest, awareness, and gentle release.

This somatic yoga session, led by Najia Bagi, offers a mindful approach to movement that centers internal body awareness and nervous system regulation. Designed for those feeling tired, tense, or burnt out, the practice supports relaxation, restoration, and reconnection with the body.

Rather than focusing on performance or intensity, this session invites you to slow down, listen inward, and move in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.

What to expect
A guided, gentle session combining breath, slow movement, and somatic awareness practices to support release and regulation.
