​ในโลกที่ทุกอย่างหมุนเร็วขึ้นทุกวัน ทั้งงาน ความคาดหวัง การเปรียบเทียบตัวเองกับคนอื่น และข้อมูลมากมายที่ถาโถมเข้ามา จนบางครั้งทำให้เรารู้สึกเหนื่อยโดยไม่รู้ตัว

​แล้วถ้าความหมายของการเป็น "คนคูล" ไม่ใช่การวิ่งตามโลกให้ทัน
แต่คือการรู้จักหยุด หายใจ และใช้ชีวิตอย่างตั้งใจล่ะ?

​อยากชวนทุกคนมาร่วมวงพูดคุยสบาย ๆ พร้อม Guided Journal ที่จะพาทุกคนค่อย ๆ สำรวจตัวเอง ผ่านคำถาม การสะท้อนความคิด และบทสนทนาที่มีความหมาย

​เราจะมาคุยกันถึงเรื่องต่าง ๆ เช่น

​🌱 การใช้ชีวิตอย่างตั้งใจ (Intentional Living)

​💚 การสร้างนิสัยเล็ก ๆ ที่ทำได้จริงและทำต่อได้

​✨ การค้นหาความหมายและคุณค่าของสิ่งที่ทำในแต่ละวัน

​🤍 การโฟกัสในสิ่งที่เราควบคุมได้

​🌍 การเริ่มสร้างผลกระทบที่ดีจากตัวเราเองและคนรอบข้าง

​📖 การเขียน Reflection ผ่าน Guided Journal

​งานนี้ไม่ใช่เวทีบรรยาย แต่เป็นพื้นที่ปลอดภัยที่ทุกคนจะได้หยุดพักจากความวุ่นวาย เปิดใจ แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมอง และเรียนรู้ไปพร้อมกัน

​ไม่ว่าจะสนใจเรื่องการใช้ชีวิตอย่างยั่งยืน การพัฒนาตัวเอง การสร้างคอมมูนิตี้ หรือแค่อยากใช้เวลาหนึ่งชั่วโมงกับบทสนทนาดี ๆ ทุกคนยินดีต้อนรับเสมอ 🤍
