​On Saturday Dec 6, we will hold a joint working session to improve both co-op's onboarding procedures.

Join us to hack on our new member sign-up and onboarding flows! The goal is to make updates and changes to our current docs and practices, so by the end of the day we will have real improvements ready to use.

​Plan for the day:

​[Intro]: 10:00 - 11:00 PT

• ​Kickoff - check-in (1 word) and setting the space - 15 mins (Matt)

• ​Brief overview of walkthrough, open space, breakout rooms and identified priorities - 15 mins (Melissa)

• ​Breakout!: In rooms, assign tasks and get into breakouts - 30 mins (Dawn)

​[Open Work]: 11:00 - 13:00 PT

• ​In breakouts: Self-organized work, take a bio break, work asynchronously if you need like

​[Wrap up]: 13:00 - 14:30 PT

• ​In breakouts: Final wrap up of tasks (breakout room[s]) - 30 mins

• ​Group share-back - 45 mins

• ​Closing - 15 mins
