About Event
Join us for a special private studio walkthrough with Alice Gong Xiaowen during her residency with The Here and There Collective. Stay for drinks nearby after the visit!
Alice's sculptures and installations, often combining ready-made, sound, metal casting and ephemeral materials, intentionally defamiliarize and recalibrate behaviors associated with customs and rituals, reconstructing identity and authenticity as lineages in flux.
The Here and There Collective is a nonprofit supporting art practitioners from the Asian diaspora.
